Unique Hydraulic Release Mechanism - HRM
THE STANDARD Jaw crusher was specially designed for the slag recycling industry. It has the unique patented Hydraulic Release Mechanism (HRM) to guarantee continuous crushing. No blockage when uncrushable materials like metal hit the crusher.
When an uncrushable object like tramp iron gets into the crusher chamber the predetermined pressure in the release cylinders is surpassed and the jaw opens automatically. After the object has passed, the pressure drops and the crusher resets immediately back to original CSS setting.

- Aggressive crushing action already at inlet of jaw crusher and less blockage at inlet
- Better uniform cubical shaped end - product as secondary crushing in the lower area of the crushing chamber
- More throughput specially at smaller close side setting
- Evenly wear at the jaw plates and therefor longer lifetime of jaw plates
