01 Jaw Crusher with Hydraulic Release

Operational principle
​
The release hydraulic cylinders take all the stress and react to tramp iron.
​
When an uncrushable object like tramp iron gets into the crusher chamber the predetermined pressure (adjustable from 30 to 80 bar) in the release cylinders is surpassed and the jaw opens automatically. After the object has passed, the pressure drops and the crusher resets immediately back to original CSS setting.

Benefits of the Hydraulic Release Mechanism
Even at the minimum gap adjustment, this Jaw crusher is impervious to tramp iron, excavator teeth, hammer heads, etc.
​
The maximum opening of the outlet of the Jaw in case of uncrushable materials is 1100 x 400 mm.
Benefits of the up trust toggle
​
Due to the upward positioning of the toggle-plate, a figure 8 movement occurs. Therefor the material is forced aggressively downwards into the crushing zone. With this movement, a higher size reduction and a better cubical shaped output material is achieved than with regular down-thrust Jaw crushers. Further the iron is better separated from the slag.


This crusher can produce a 0/65 mm spec. material with only 5 % over - size in one pass.

The drive of the crusher is effected by a hydrostatic drive and is therefore infinitely adjustable.

With the hydrostatic drive its possible to reverse the Jaw Crusher in case of blockages for easy release.

The heavy duty crusher discharge conveyor is specially designed for the slag application with steel reinforced rubber belt and impact plates under the crusher outlet.

The front and back of the conveyor belt can be raised and lowered hydraulically for better ground clearance and maintenance.
